As the Founder, he leads the business development and investment strategies across public equities, ETFs, indices, private equity, venture capital, and alternative assets, aligning modern market demands with disciplined internal governance. His deep expertise and entrepreneurial drive have positioned Peptomist and PeptomistCapital as a rising force in the investment management space.

Previously, Jayesh has managed portfolios exceeding $200 million and held influential roles across DIFC-based asset manager, Nomura International Wealth Management, JM Financial, and JP Morgan Chase & Co, contributing to global equity strategies and research excellence.

An engineer turned financier, Jayesh holds an MSc in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and a B.Tech from IIT. He has also published cutting-edge research on stock price prediction, showcasing his ability to blend quantitative analysis with market intuition.
